I phoned the San Leandro office... I got an answering machine... I left a message on the voice-mail.. The next morning Mike called me back to set up an appointment for my repair work... (my kitchen drain pipes were clogged and leaking water)... Mike arrived on the day and time we agreed to... He was very polite and professional... After he completed the repair work on my kitchen sink pipes, I was soooooo impressed by his workmanship... All new pipes and great flow of the water through them... and the price of the job was cheaper than I expected... I give DIMOND PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPANY five stars and I recommend them for your plumbing needs... (Harold)...

So grateful I found this company. We needed someone to come repair our water heater because we had no hot water. Plumbing Heroes were quick to reply to my request when I needed it most. Ilana was super friendly and helpful in getting me scheduled ASAP. The technician arrived on time and they were very professional. With Covid-19 I was a little apprehensive about having someone coming in the house, but they followed all safety guidelines for covid-19 making me and my family feel safe. In my opinion, they are a trustworthy company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
