Adan quoted me a fixed price for opening the wall and repairing the leak. I was a little confused by this at first, because I'm used to being charged for time and supplies. But he quickly got to work and replaced the leaking fitting inside the wall. Because he was able to do it without removing my utility sink, he ended up charging me less than the original quote. First time that's ever happened! Adan was very professional and communicated very clearly with me. I will definitely call Focus again in future.
