Our water heater went out several weeks ago and we had to use this company since it's the contracted company for our particular water heater brand. Our water heater was covered under warranty for replacement but, it didn't include the labor of the techs coming out to install and haul away. This first set of technicians did a terrible job. They damaged the walls and the door way trimming and even dent the new water heater during the first installation. They broke the peg on the back of the water heater and beat up the pan that goes under the heater to catch water for in case it leaks.I spoke with their manager Joe, and he came out to see the mess that the first two technicians left and had someone come out the next day to fix the drywall and the door trimming. He also scheduled his two best technicians to come out the next week after to recon the whole situation with the tilted water heater and the beer canned water pan.Adan R. and his partner did a great job cleaning up the mess of the other two technicians. I had my doubt at first but, after seeing the work that did. I am very confident that I will be referring my friends and family's business to this company for the future. I want to say a big thank you to Joe, Adan and his partner! I greatly appreciate the effort in taking care of your customers and making the moment right! You three rock! not the initial set of techs that came out though, they need to be more careful so the company doesn't lose profit by having other techs to come back out to clean up their mess.
