They never answer the phone or respond to the contact us submission form/voicemails- are they still in business? Ive been calling for about a week and no response.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

Excellent water heater repair!!

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

I've used Rakeman a couple of times and was very pleased both times. Their staff was courteous, prompt and professional. Their prices are competitive so added to the rest of their attributes, I highly recommend Rakeman Plumbing!

Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

Sept 2020 Update: I just used Sanderson again to replace a leaky main water line. As usual, their expertise and work were top notch, their price was fair and firm, and they offer a one-year labor warranty.
Last month, I got a letter from the LV Water District about a leak. Sanderson located it, pulled the permit, dug the trench, replaced the line, and left the yard as neat as before. The inspector signed off, and the meter shows the leak gone. Sanderson is the ONLY plumber I've found in Vegas who is knowledgeable, experienced, fair and honest. They are family owned and operated, and I'm very thankful I found them!
March 2019: Finally . . . . ! I found a plumber that is competent, professional, fair, hard working, and pleasant to deal with. This morning my 12-year-old water heater leaked a puddle in my garage. I contacted 35 local plumbers in Las Vegas, got all kinds of quotes and promises, checked out their licenses and reviews, and decided on Sanderson. Jason and his son came over this afternoon, began work right away, did a super job of installing my new water heater to code, hauled away my old unit, walked me through features of the new heater, and left the workplace nice and neat. The price was competitive and fair, but, more importantly, the work was professionally and expertly done. I received all the warranties in hand, including one-year labor (some companies only offered 30 days!), and the entire experience was easy and first rate -- hassle free. I used Las Vegas plumbing because my water heater was leaking. The first tech they sent was knowledgeable, replaced it and gave me a great price for installation. I then encountered a problem, for the next month I had air in the tank and the water never stopped burping. lLas Vegas plumbing was quick to send a tech out to correct the problem. They are a company that strives to please the customer and for that reason I would recommend them to my friends.

I have called five times for my backflow to be checked and no one has showed up. It has been three weeks. They told me i had an appointment on Thursdays. I called they said they would call me back. I am still waiting for a call. Don't waste your time with them. Find someone else
