Best Water Leakage in North Las Vegas NV

I got a new compressor and condenser installed on July 4th, 2023 and it's had issues since being installed. To date it's frozen 3 times. BUT every time I've called, a tech has immediately been sent out to service my issue. I must say that I was a bit skeptical and felt like maybe I was getting the run around or wasn't being told the real issues with the unit. Of course I don't know what the readings on the unit mean, as most other people not trained in the field also wouldn't. I do have a friend who was an AC Tech so he said he'd come over while they were here to see if they could figure out what was going on. The owner Mike, and Mike the tech who installed it showed up and took the time to go through everything in the system, along with my friend. And what they said was spot on, and unfortunately everyone is stumped! I expressed my frustration and concern to the owner, Mike, and he reassured me that they would take care of me and even extended the labor warranty, alongside the product warranty through the manufacturer. I do feel 100% better knowing that the info I'm being told is correct as verified by a uninterested third party. Unfortunately in this industry, there's a level of distrust because many of us have been taken for a ride with various companies. But these guys took a look at everything, answered every question, and even provided personal contact info to reach out directly should something fail. I must say my anxiety, concern and frustration has subsided and my trust in their abilities is once again restored. Great guys bringing great energy; I'm very grateful.

Luis and his team are great to work with. I had a leak into my condo from two adjoining units. They stopped the leaks, abated the mold, cleaned it up, restored it back to new. Also installed new toilet and few other things I purchased for it. Great team to work with!!!

Very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Took extra care not to damage anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!
