We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommend! We recently had to replace and repair a lot of pipes around our water heater, and get our hot water re circulation system working again. Roman was in the neighborhood and stopped by for a free quote. He showed up promptly on time and got the work done quickly. It looks great, and now we have instant hot water again! They have great communication and some automated computer software which is smart phone friendly too. [ EDIT ] We had a small problem with one part of the work, and Roman came out right away to fix it for free, even thought he was here a full hour. They are a young company, but very responsible. 5 Stars.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

We had had our sink replaced and apparently a little knockout was not removed from the disposal. Tyler went right to the problem and repaired. Tyler was very helpful and nice.

Dan and David are a great plumbing duo. They came in and estimated the job, and told us what they need to finish the job. Both of them were very informative and did their jobs with a sense urgency and professionalism. I’m happy with replacing my RO system and it is also setup to my refrigerator. These guys are great and I think they are fair with their pricing as well.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
