We were getting error code on our heater and we called 5 to 6 different companies who couldn’t figure out the problem. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. They were amazing from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. They explained everything they needed to do and what they were doing and did no up charging or anything like that. Gave us a quote and it was the quote, no surprises and no hidden fees. They were at our residence when they said they would be, they found the problem and repaired it quickly and effectively. They are also very responsive and keep you well informed of any parts for your repair they’re waiting for and let you know when they will be at your location. We will definitely be using Impact Plumbing again and will definitely request Jaylan and Corey without hesitation.

I was in a bind looking for someone to replace 2 toilets for me. Standard measurement for the closet bolts which the toilet secures to is 12”. Mine were made at 10.5” and Lowe’s or Home Depot didn’t have them in stock. Called up Dan’s and explained my situation and told them I was trying to get it done as soon as possible. They were at my house in 15 minutes took the measurements and started checking with plumbing suppliers to find the right size toilet. They were able to find them then go pick them up and have them installed that same day. Dan and David came thru for me big time when I was in a crunch. On time, very professional, reasonably priced and I am very satisfied with the job they did. I highly recommend these guy’s for any plumbing jobs that your looking to get done.
