Ridiculous company, I have not had hot water seven days now. I called them and made an appointment to get my new water heater they told me that they could come and take my broken water heater but they can’t come and bring my new one. They said they would be at my house in about 45 minutes but never came. I then made a second appointment with them and still no show. Now im still trying to get in contact with them but no one is helping me. I don’t understand why they can’t just come and bring my water heater something so simple but they make it so complicated.

I had a strong sewer smell in a downstair bathroom any time I ran my upstairs water. After multiple attempts of trying to locate the smell I finally decided to call a plumber. I read hundreds of reviews and decided to call Dignity Plumbing. I am so glad I did. Jonathan from Dignity Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time ( even received a text when he was on his way). Jonathan started checking all the plumbing and figured out that the smell was coming from the wall behind the toilet. After pulling the toilet and removing some of the drywall it was determined that the cast-iron drain from upstairs was cracked. He cut out the 1 foot section of cracked pipe and replaced it. Thank goodness the smell is gone and for Dignity Plumbing. If you need a plumber you would be foolish to use anyone else. Both Jonathan and Kenny (the owner) were awesome throughout the whole process. Thank you again to the whole Dignity Plumbing team

I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.
