Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
