So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I was worried about what type of plumbing service we would get and if the people would be quality and honest But after reading some reviews on this company we decided to give them a try and I honestly Can’t say enough good things about the company and their plumbing technicians Jaylan and Corey. My bathroom plumbing sprung a leak in the middle of the night and I called this company straight away. They sent someone out to handle it immediately and we got it fixed before the damage could spread. If you want a dependable plumber

Absolutely clueless company. They have been in my neighborhood trying to fix a problem since July 5th and they just CAN NOT get it right. The plumbers look lost when they’re trying to work, and due to that thousands of gallons of water have been wasted and the problem continues to occur. I would call a handyman out of the phone book or even hire someone standing in front of Home Depot before I would allow this company into my home. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great service. Tony was polite, efficient, clearly explained what was needed and then what he had done. Highly recommend this company.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.
