Best Sewer Camera Inspection in North Las Vegas NV

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. We will recommend him and his company to all our family and friends. The quality and workmanship of his services is second to none. Thank you Albert and Second Opinion Plumbing!

If the work like they drive on the 215/515, I wont use them. Watched one of their trucks use the emergency lane coming on from Charleston on ramp to speed by cars and cut in front of a BMW. Very unprofessional especially in your work truck with your company logos all over it.

There are plumbers and then there is the plumber! That’s Mach 1 plumbing. When our kitchen drain backed up, Mach1 was there in 30 min, we had our water heater break, Mach1 was there! Thank you Doug.

Amazing customer service! Shawn the service manager was really easy to work with and even squeezed me in to repair our broken water heater as we had no hot water. Sterling the technician was awesome. Kitchen drain was completely clogged with a leaky pipe below the sink. Called the office with my information and AJ returned my call within minutes. Arrived in about an hour. Very professional and great price for the work that was done. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I had the please of working with Joe and Alex. Unfortunately we had a gas leak and before being introduced to Joe another plumber came out, couldn’t find the leak and threatened to start tearing out the walls. Joe came out right away, and not only did he find the leak but he reassured me that it could be fixed without damaging the house . Joe and Alex were not only professional, but their work was effective, efficient, and done in a great time. Also both guys had such great attitudes so any stress that I was under quickly vanished.
