We had such a great experience with Robert. Our AC broke in the middle of the night, and we were scheduled for a 10am-2pm window for someone to come out to take a look. Robert called around 8:45am to ask if he could come earlier - YES of course! It's only the middle of summer. He was very professional, polite, courteous, and extremely descriptive about our service and all the company offers. We will definitely be working with this company again and asking for Robert! This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.
