We were in a bind as we just moved in to our new home and didn't have access to many essential things that were needed for our family. After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Prime Plumbing is highly recommended and they beat out the competition on price by 20%!! I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again!! Thanks again!

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

I had work done for two days in my place.the first day the plumber said it was a wasted day and nothing was done after making over 20 holes in my place. Second day he comes late then makes more holes to fix issue... in those two days he did not clean up after himself. The place still looked a huge mess wall pieces everywhere . Once they left I started to clean and noticed my brand new machine that I have only used once to clean carpet was used. No one asked me if they could use it, and to top it off it was filthy with paint and wall pieces in the machine. This machine is only a dam carpet washer not a vacuum and cost me over 400 dollars. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Not professional

We needed to install a water pressure regulator valve that was a bit complex due to our piping. This plumber was able to give a quote over the phone, came to do the job promptly, and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.

We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

One morning I awakened to find the toilet in the master bath backed up with s**t - Not a happy camper. Fortunately, there a plenty of toilets in the house. My first reaction was to go buy stuff to unstop toilet and be on my merry way. Well, I did buy the needed supplies and then thought better of my decision. I had used Roto-Rooter in the past in other homes with great success. I wondered why I thought at this point in my life I would test out my plumbing skill. I looked up Roto-Rooter in my area and spoke with a wonderful agent. She was the consummate professional and a great ear in the time of need. She arranged for a technician to come to the house the same day at a time that worked for me (really important since I work from home right now). The technician arrived on time and resolved the issue fairly quickly - a lot faster than my skills would have allowed. The technician provided me with an explanation of what happened and tips on how to avoid future problems. He too demonstrated the skills of the consummate professional. I am very happy with the service and have recommended to others. I am putting my potential career in plumbing on hold and will rely upon Roto-Rooter when the need arises.

James came out to my house and did a great job setting up a new tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and the installation looked great! Thanks again.

They helped me with my rental house when we had a leak in a bathroom. They did have to re-schedule but did finally make it out.
