I contacted this company to get a quote on replacing my water heater. The technician came out soon after to take a look. When I was given the price, I asked if he could break down the cost of the unit and the installation. I was told, “we don’t do that, this is just what we charge.” No thanks. Can’t trust a lack of transparency.
