Dan’s service is impeccable. Expedient & knowledgeable, he & his technician replaced the broken water line from sidewalk to my house. After assessing the problem, Dan explained in detail what & how the repair will go forward. Upon completion, the landscaping(lawn) & cleanup was back to normal. A job well done! I had a sudden issue with my water heater yesterday. I googled local repair services in my area and sent a quote out to 3 companies around 2PM. MG Drain Cleaners responded basically immediately and asked what issues I was having. I explained and Miguel told me he could come look at the problem by 5PM the same day! He came by at 4PM, so least than 2 hours after I contacted him. (Other companies told me I would need to wait until the 27th to have them come out.)
He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary parts to fix the issue, and went to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently! The issue was resolved in less than 2 hours, I believe. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues to me, what had to be done, and gave my husband I an estimate to approve before getting to work.
The pricing was beyond reasonable, especially considering how fast he repaired the water heater.
He showed me after fixing the water heater and gave a few tips on how to handle it in the future, if any other issues were to arise.
