I have tried quite a few plumbers in town, and they’ve all been a bit of a disappointment. Pure Plumbing is the rare exception. From the second I called they were so polite and efficient in hearing my issues. The plumber they sent out, Juan, was incredibly friendly, thorough, and transparent about my plumbing issues. I know who I’m calling next time I have a plumbing problem!

Quick and professional.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

These people are the BEST! We've been using them so many times and they never fail to amaze us! Their quality of work is excellent! The integrity of these people are amazing! They answer right away when we call them! They are always ready to help and they don't take advantage of people and always happy! I recommend R&R!100% you will be happy you call them! I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Ratings/Reviews Update: The answer to the question Does Las Vegas Plumbing read its reviews? is an emphatic Yes, and the company clearly values the opinions of its customers. Since my tech Jacob called me thereafter and generously offered to compensate me after we briefly discussed the situation, I feel compelled to improve my review and rating. It became immediately apparent to me (in addition to the other benefits already mentioned) why people are such great fans of this service once he acknowledged my input and came up with a solution. Jacob made an honest effort to make things right with me, and it paid off since I will be back to buy from him again in the future. Initial Reporting: Quick to respond, with timely arrival and great equipment. I was told it would be a $85 fix, but they charged me $85 and pushed a plastic gasket back into my floor without using any special tools or explaining what they were doing. I was disappointed with the service. Since I am obviously not a plumbing expert, I do not feel comfortable working with them again after this.

For me it’s important to have a service provider that I can talk with and that can explain the situation to me. The folks at Prime Plumbing took the time to walk me through the repairs and I feel like they cared. Definitely my new plumbers!!

My mother suffers from dementia issues, and I informed the City Wide appointment maker regarding her condition. As such, I wanted to be there when the estimator arrived for a bid on an isolated hot water slab leak.

The estimator ran hours late (and I could not be present), and finally upon arriving, he walked through the entire house and wrote a bid to replace ALL the supply pipes for nearly $25,000! It’s a slab leak! Never gave an estimate to repair the slab leak, nor replied to my text message regarding the estimate.

Incredibly dishonest and unethical in attempting to steal from the elderly with diminished mental faculties by proposing unnecessary work, and that should be criminal! Obviously, I had repairs made by a far more honest plumbing firm for less than 1/10th of what City Wide proposed!

Avoid this company!

UPDATE: City Wide's Management contacted me (twice) regarding my review and apologized profusely for what they said was a mistake by a very inexperienced estimator. They were extremely patient with me, as I admittedly went on my own rant, explaining how my mother had already been taken by a different plumbing company (not City Wide) from a simple kitchen sink leak repair turned into an unnecessary $12,000 on-demand, tankless hot water system. They appeared understanding of my anger, as to how I viewed their bid in the same light as the other plumbing company.

Therefore, I have changed my 1-star rating to a 3-star, as honestly, that level of inexperience estimators shouldn't be making bids. I would consider using them in the future, especially given their willing to make things right with me in the last two days.

Y'all are lifesavers! Thank you for being one of the only plumbing companies in LV who advertise 24-hour service and actually deliver on that! Rockstars!

Called 3 times no reply

Plumbing Las Vegas exceeded my expectations with their exceptional work. They relocated my shower valve, shower head, and hand-held unit, while also installing a stunning freestanding bathtub and fixtures. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are truly impressive. I'm thrilled with my transformed bathroom and highly recommend their services.

So glad I called Simply Air! Shawn was AMAZING to work with. He quickly identified the problem and had the replacement parts on his truck - very efficient! Our AC was up and running in no time. Shawn was knowledgeable when explaining the issue, thorough when giving us repair options, and patient when answering our many questions. I'll be referring my friends, family and neighbors to Simply Air!

We needed to install a water pressure regulator valve that was a bit complex due to our piping. This plumber was able to give a quote over the phone, came to do the job promptly, and did an excellent job. Will use them in the future.

I had a really great experience with cobra maintenance they installed some amazing flooring, they had good prices, they answered all my questions and had great customer service. 10/10 would recommend
