This lady, Andrea I think her name was, who was very helpful on the phone. I didn’t mind the others that answered their phones to me, but this lady was by far super helpful and funny to interact with. Because of this, I not only give the company a good review, I give Andrea a 5 star! Highly recommend! Look nowhere else!

Miguel did a superb job. With the new kitchen sink and dishwasher, my life is now so much better. He also fixed two leaky faucets that had been thorns in my side. -Very much appreciated!

Updating this review. Had a miner issue with the bill, but the work was good and fast and the issue was resolved.

Awesome service and came out fast to fix our water softener problem that flooded our garage. Used other companies in the past but American Brothers Plumbings was easy to reach and the plumber Clint was great!

Scheduled a water heater service within one day. Arrived early and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Called the office for a heater maintenance. Daniella answered the phone and was very polite and kind. Leaving on a trip for 2 weeks to my vacation property in Hawaii, thrilled that I could have my unit serviced before my flight. These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Any questions I had were answered instantly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. This is a standard that all companies should strive to achieve.

Larry was very professional and friendly. He identified the issues with recommendations. In addition he resolved the problem in a timely manner. Definitely would use them again.

Called this person for questions about a used hot water tank. He states he could fix ours for 210, 4 year warranty, parts and labor included. Sounded too good to be true to begin with, but we hwent ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following day (we had plans we could not cancel that night). Our appointment was at 11, but he texted saying he was busy and couldn’t make it till like 1. We said ok, then noticed our breaker had been tripped for tank. So we text him this and be stated that ok we will cancel. Then he text again saying it could cause a fire so we were like ok maybe he should come out. We tried to contact him back but he started being super rude. So I’d think twice about going through this “company”. Not too professional at all!
