Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. He told me he had the part, and I told him to go ahead and replace the part. Andrew is very knowledgeable and straightforward. You can't go wrong with him.. Big thank you to Andrew.. Being relatively new to LV when my AC went out last night I thought I would have to live in the 100+ degree heat! I call Simply AC and spoke with Daryl. He was friendly and spoke directly about the repair costs and was willing to work with me. He scheduled a tech to come out early and Steve arrived as scheduled. I was totally impressed. Steve went to the heart of the matter told me my options and did not try to upsell me. He repaired the AC and gave me honest feedback on the system which is older. I truly felt (for once) that I was receiving professional and honest service. Thanks!!!!!
