After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.

I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I had a sudden issue with my water heater yesterday. I googled local repair services in my area and sent a quote out to 3 companies around 2PM. MG Drain Cleaners responded basically immediately and asked what issues I was having. I explained and Miguel told me he could come look at the problem by 5PM the same day! He came by at 4PM, so least than 2 hours after I contacted him. (Other companies told me I would need to wait until the 27th to have them come out.)
He quickly identified the problem, got the necessary parts to fix the issue, and went to work. He worked very quickly and efficiently! The issue was resolved in less than 2 hours, I believe. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the issues to me, what had to be done, and gave my husband I an estimate to approve before getting to work.
The pricing was beyond reasonable, especially considering how fast he repaired the water heater.
He showed me after fixing the water heater and gave a few tips on how to handle it in the future, if any other issues were to arise.
