Tod is amazing! Very friendly and professional. He will always be our go to guy. He is very knowledgeable about anything we ask. And has done several jobs for us. Just recently a new garbage disposal and and work on evaporator coolers. This guy can do it all.
He also installed a water filter system for us.
When you call code red ask for Tod, he will treat you like family. Honest and does not over charge you. He gets the job done correct, in the most efficient time. I would rate him a 10 Star.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

I have property's in Las Vegas, unfortunately we don't live there at present. I was using another AC Repair service and was hit with a huge estimate, not more than 7 months after they claimed to have repaired it. I called friends and they told me Rakeman does Air Conditioning and to call them. I called and talked to the owner and he put me through to his service manager. I shared what my tenant told me, and what the other company told me, he offered to come himself and evaluate the situation. Turns out, the other AC company was either incompetent or lying, Rakeman saw the problem, fixed it and saved me over $2500.00!
I was treated fairly, fast, professionally, and more important, like one of the family. Tremendous experience!

I have used a few plumbing companies in Las Vegas for problems that are way out of my expertise. The other plumbing companies that quoted me were to expensive. One thing that I really like about Plumbing Innovations is that they are not trying to push warranties and other maintenance on to me. Good customer service and work are excellent .

These guys are responsive and arrived within the time frame posted on my phone. A picture of my technician and his name was provided so I knew who he was before he arrived. I like this company, but I had to go with a different company that was listed on my Service Line Warranty. If it wasnt for that, I would go all in with these guys. Thanks City Wide Plumbing.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. I called them because of the reviews they had here on Yelp. I spoke with Kyle and explained my bathroom sink was leaking. He said someone could be out same day in a few hours. They sent a text confirming the time and a text when the technician was en route. Jaylyn arrived, listened to my issue, looked at my sink and said it was a quick fix! The price he gave was excellent! He was in and out within the hour. He was so professional and kind and even went the extra mile to go purchase a part that was cracked at no additional cost! I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you so much for everything Impact!!!
