Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. George and Alberto are the dream team. They changed the water line from meter to house and sprinkler with minimal disturbance on our landscaping as we had pebble stones, grass and pavers. City Wide plumbing sent a landscaper when work was done plus a handyman to put back the wall they opened for the repair. The other company said we were on our own after repair. Kudos to their team!

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

Luis was fast and really helped with our leak. We had a leak under our slab and they fixed it and the concrete as well. They also did the flooring since they are a general contractor.

I have called upon Sanderson Plumbing for service twice in the past.
The first was to repair and install a new supply line coming into my home.
I was impressed with Jason and his skillset. Just take a minute to watch him work and you know quite quickly that he is very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does. During this repair experience he even allowed me to do some prep work for the project to save me some money. I gladly did the work and he proceeded in completing the project.
A second time, I had supply lines leaking to the laundry room. He promptly came to my home and completed the repairs.
The most recent interaction with Jason involved the extremely slow drain for my kitchen sink. I have dealt with issues like this in the past and everything I tried was to no avail. I gave Jason a call and told him what I had tried and suggested that I probably need him to come out and snake the drain. He asked if I could try one more thing before he puts it on his list. I did exactly what he instructed and shockingly, it worked! I did not even need tools to fix it. This is the type of guy you are working with, someone that is always interested in helping and making the experience the most cost effective as possible.
