Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible. He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14. They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it. He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk wiith my pool maintenance service if they had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Ino and Valley Wide Leak Detection for any suspected leak problem. They were great.

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. If the work like they drive on the 215/515, I wont use them. Watched one of their trucks use the emergency lane coming on from Charleston on ramp to speed by cars and cut in front of a BMW. Very unprofessional especially in your work truck with your company logos all over it.
