On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Following a leaking angle stop valve on a Sunday evening, Daniel arrived in under 20 minutes and solved the problem in the most professional way. He even finished a new toilet installation at the same time. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude to Daniel and his company. And to top it off, the price of the fix and the emergency call were extremely reasonable. I will be using this company for all plumbing needs in the future. Thanks, Daniel!

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Thank you so much for your hard work and determination. guys! Job Well Done.

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

My water pressure in my home was really low. Aj came over fixed everything in little to no time, he was very professional and nice. My water pressure has been working like a dream ever since ! If you need an honest plumber, Aj is your guy.

Wow. What a great business! Very professional and clean. My water heater busted and I called LV Restoration and Plumbing they were very friendly and made it out to me within a few hours to have my water heater replaced I was very impressed with their quick response definitely deserves 5 stars!

Very good service the work was done good Miguel was on time he was able to fix the main drain that was clogged.looking forward to contact him if I ever have another issue thank you so much .

On 12/26/18, I had a technician named Jay come to fix my water heater. He told me a peice was bad and that I needed to order a new one. I paid 110.00 in cash that day. After 2 days the new peice arrived and Jay came to install it. While installing it, he didnt close the water line and flooded my laundry room and kitchen. That also soaked the new peice. Needless to say, I was left once again with no hot water. He said he would attempt to find and purchase the new part and come back. I began texting him hoping to get some resolution and hot water but was ignored after day 2. I eventually found a new company and after 2 weeks of no hot water I finally got it fixed. Your company wasted my time and made the aggravation of no hot water in the middle of winter even worse. I have a copy of the receipt. At minimum, I would like a refund of the 110.00 that I paid in cash.

I have written them numerous times and still have not gotten a response.

COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.

I called and Bill answered. I need someone to give me quote to run new lines to my house before for the insurance adjuster but I have to pay $250.00 just to give me a quote. What a joke. I called another reputable plumber in town and was able to get the help I need.
