On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. i took on a project and ended up way over my head, after 3 days no water i called American Brothers they came within 2 hrs, and gave me an estimate. when Chris left he took my worries with him. Chris and Vincent returned the next day re-piped my whole mobile home and installed shower faucets and wrapped and taped them up. they ran into many unexpected issues under my home and told me what and how they were going to tackle them and still stayed in the estimate. they were very professional and HONEST and also fun. i didn't realize how much water pressure I'd lost over time. and the corrosion rust inside the pipes it was a disaster waiting to happen. i was leery about professional plumbers in the past but there my go too in the future. thank you for the advice and suggestions, i will put to use.

Terrance arrived earlier than expected to install a Kohler warranty kitchen faucet. He completed the installation in a timely and professional manner, cleaning up after himself completely, and tested the faucet on both hot and cold sides (single faucet with both water lines into it) to confirm no leaks, then flushed our water heater. All seemed well, and we paid a reasonable fee for the installation. recommend his services.

We called the next day as our recirculating pump appeared not to be working, and Terrance returned to check it out. In a zoom call with Sean Butter it was suggested to back wash the recirculating pump, which resolved the issue. We also asked why the hot water side of the faucet was lower pressure than the cold water did, so Terrance sit off the hot water side and checked the gasket, which was not seated properly in the connector, so he was able to get it into its groove, reconnected the feed line, and all was good.

I highly recommend Terrance for his patience, attention to detail, perseverance, and professionalism. I have used Butter Plumbing for several years and they have never disappointed.

I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management
