The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching).
