He was very nice and ran to the hardware store twice to get parts to make sure everything was working correctly. He made me feel comfortable and I was happy with the job performed. The pricing was average for the work done. Paid $250.00 in cash for a new pump system, valve and seal. I have actually used this company for the last 8 years that I have lived at my current address. They have always been professional and friendly. Something I value as a female since not all people in the plumbing and electrical industry treat female customers the same as they would a male.

They send me an email saying it’s time for my service appointment. I respond. Several times. They send same original reminder. I try calling. Many weeks of non-responsiveness later I’m still trying to get them to come to me. The office staff don’t take messages or coordinate. And “the supervisor” always has issues. Service is good if pricey — if you can get them to show.
