Was very helpful and informative when he came to check our shower which required new caulking.The job was very well done and he made sure we saw the before and after! Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

Just wanna Thank you the Service Professionals Team for an Outstanding Job they did yesterday for me, when I Call the Office about my Water Heater Busted in my Basement. The Service Lady was so Helpful and Understand my frustration and nightmare. She send me Joaquin which was So Helpful to Guide me on what I should do and what is my best concern about it. He make sure everything is Great for me and make some Call guiding me on what I want to do.
Also I want to thanks Luis A and his Team for coming in the Rain putting up the Heater for me. Which I’m Truly Grateful for that. He make sure everything is Well Set and fit perfectly where it should be. And he make sure there no mess left after for me to clean up. This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
