Just wanna Thank you the Service Professionals Team for an Outstanding Job they did yesterday for me, when I Call the Office about my Water Heater Busted in my Basement. The Service Lady was so Helpful and Understand my frustration and nightmare. She send me Joaquin which was So Helpful to Guide me on what I should do and what is my best concern about it. He make sure everything is Great for me and make some Call guiding me on what I want to do.
Also I want to thanks Luis A and his Team for coming in the Rain putting up the Heater for me. Which I’m Truly Grateful for that. He make sure everything is Well Set and fit perfectly where it should be. And he make sure there no mess left after for me to clean up. Thank you Guys so Much, Service Professionals is The Best Ever Company For Plumbing, Heating and cooling and more in New Jersey. So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..
