Ari, the plumber (and his assistant) was absolutely tops from start of finish. They were professional, prompt, and left my apartment spotless. I am a contractor's daughter and I have built and renovated homes. This company is tops; you will not find better. Thanks you Rite for doing it right!

I booked an appointment a week ago and called to confirm it in the morning. After confirming the appointment at 8:30 a.m., the company emailed me at 10:30 to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I took the day off from work. According to the person I spoke with, they are an emergency based business so this happens! I would not recommend.
