We have been using Harris Plumbing for many years. This year they sent a new inspector Strato, he was professional, on time and patient explaining the job with my older dad.

IMP Plumbing & Heating Corp. Plumber
I had an emergent plumbing issue in my apartment. For any toiletry repairs my coop required licensed and insured professionals. This agencies staff, in particular Melissa, was very professional and responsive. In a matter of 24 hours my matter was resolved and all required documentation was facilitated. I was very pleased with their services, and pricing. The plumber I was assigned was also very knowledgeable. He gave me the assurance I looked for. I highly recommend the services from this agency, and I am very glad I was recommended by another customer.

72°F Mechanical Consulting, LLC Plumber
The guy from 72F spent an hour walking through my basement and boiler room, knew exactly what he was looking at, and described all that was going wrong with my steam heating system without even running it or starting up the boilers (which I appreciated given it was a hot summer day). His assessment proved to be spot on and and was detailed in a short report with annotated photos of the pipes and showing clear, specific fixes that ultimately silenced my banging pipes when several others failed to cure these issues in multiple attempts. Pricey service but more than worth it in the end, especially since we seemed to have used less fuel this past season, which definitely saved us money.

Awful place. They keep standing me up. They make me clear my schedule, and then when they're an hour late, telling me they're not coming. It's so disrespectful and frustrating. The radiator replacement job has also ballooned from $1,500 to about $3,750.

The only way to reach the man in charge of the job, Dom, is to call the office at 8am. If you call at 9am, he's gone for the rest of the day and you'll just play more phone tag. He doesn't have a cell phone, apparently.

I'm so furious with these people. The cost ballooning is bad enough, but the lack of basic consideration for my time and schedule is so infuriating.

Update: The plumber, George, let our cat out the front door and locked it out. He then didn't tell us he had done this. My wife found the cat waiting at the door later. If you have cats, you know how messed up it is for somebody to let your cat out into the street. When I told him about this, he said I only saw one cat which was both untrue and wasn't an apology. Who cares if you didn't realize we have two cats? Don't let cats out. He and his assistant had seen both cats the day before and said it was fine to have them out. They didn't give us any warning that they were coming into that room the next day so we couldn't have locked the cats up anyway.

They almost killed our cat and charged us about 120% more than they quoted. Horrible company.
