Their technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly to fix the plumbing issue and minimize the water damage. They also provided me with guidance on how to prevent future plumbing problems, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of plumbing and water cleanup.

At first I was confused by 72F’s policy of not actually doing the work they recommend, but their consulting service probably saved money in the long run. They didn't try to sell me anything, but did tell me how to fine tune and maintain our system to get the best out of it and hopefully prevent problems in the long run. John came out and did recommend some work, but I did the smaller stuff myself and he put me in touch with a plumber who could handle what I didn't think I could do myself. He came and inspected everything when it was done and didn’t charge us for the follow-up visit. Well worth the $2,500 (roughly, plus repairs) for our small co-op.
