In the last 8 years I’ve spent close to $25k having my heating system tinkered with by various plumbing companies who gave contradictory solutions to the lack of consistent heat in my 4 story townhouse. This company is a Greek tragedy. It's funny they call themselves plumbers, when I'm fairly certain that the majority of their revenue comes from taking customers to small claims court. The lady they send to small claims court is a regular apparently, and knows all the tricks. My family members unfortunately had never been to small claims before, and naively opted for mediation. The Demar lady must have been so happy as it basically meant they were going to get paid for not performing any service. Disgusting that this is allowed in America.
