C.N. Finley Plumbing was a great find - I was always pleased with there service since I bought a house in Metairie in 2007. When they went out of business, and merged with Bienvenu Brothers, I certainly gave the company a try. Bienvenu Brothers was and is very disappointing to me. After using them 3 times, I will never again. My house was built in the 1940's and requires lots of maintenance. I had some pipes replaced after the freeze (1/2018). Ended up replacing all the fixtures in the bathroom tub/shower, but the drain lever was still not functional. They would not come out to fix it unless I was there, even though I left a key, and was unable to be there personally.

mr. mike showed up late due to being stuck in traffic from across town, he arrived as quickly as he could, was very apologetic, and gave on spot discount for being late. THAT'S how you display professionalism and recover from a business obstacle to maintain customer loyalty. He and his assistant seemed respectful, knowledgable, and honest in his inspection assessment, i would go to him again in the future and intend to recommend him to all my friends and coworkers. keep up the good work, mr mike!
