Great service from the office staff and the field techs. I experienced a collapsed line. Holly with Michel's Plumbing was very helpful in expediting the initial attempt to clean out the line and with the repair. Once the collapse was confirmed with a sewer scope, the repair was scheduled quickly. The tech's who repaired the line worked in the rain and despite some challenges got the job done quickly and properly. The spot repair required demo of about 20 brick pavers which were delicately removed and properly replaced with a mortar bed which I was not expecting.
