I called and spoke with their agent on Saturday morning. I was quoted a price of $225.00 and 125.00 every hour after that, but the weekend rate is $525.00. I decided to Wait until Monday, so I had them call on that day. I spoke with a different person he quoted me $295.00 for the first hour and 125.00 every hour afterwards. The Job was just over an hour I was charged $400.00! I couldn't believe it! The drain was unclothed but I felt like there was a bit of price gouging. We are still in a pandemic and times are tough for everyone. I expected better from this company. I take full responsibility for selecting this organization however, I extend a cautionary to anyone who would use this service in that you can get the same results for less money. The outside faucet was leaking. He came out was friendly and replaced all necessary parts both in the faucet and shut off value in the basement for a reasonable price.
