Brand new water heater broke after 1 year & 5 months but they expect me to pay $200+ to have them come fix it? Then they got an attitude with me on the phone when I said I didn't feel it was fair that I had to pay for them to come back out after such a short period of time. Suggested they don't use that brand of water heater anymore if it breaks after 1 year & 5 months and the response I got was thanks.
