Chris was very kind and professional. He also drove from quite a ways away to address my emergency. He took the time to explain to me where our water shut off valves where to stop the leaking to prevent any more damage until he arrived. He also explained what he was going to do to repair the leaking pipes. Oftentimes, as a young woman, I have contractors come out for quotes, and they are condescending and rude and want to speak to the man in the house. Chris was not that way.
