Hagen was able to come out for service the day after I called. Peder arrived and was able to repair the pipe within a short time. He informed me he had a lot of time left (minimum one hour labor charge) and asked if there were any other issues. Incidentally, there was an issue with the kitchen drain that I had intended to attend to myself. He was able to take care of that, also. The only additional cost incurred was minimal to cover parts.
