I recommend this place to everyone I care about. There is no doubt that this company practices the highest level of integrity. I had them replace all of my supply lines with Pex, and redid our bathroom. Brian in particular is such a sweet honest guy.

We woke up to our sewer pump alarm going off. I started calling around and Brian Scroggins was the first plumbing company who could get to us. While Alex (I believe that was his name) was nice, he completely misdiagnosed our issue. He told me our discharge line was improperly installed and they would need to dig up our front yard and replace the piping. They offered a price range of fixes. The lowest was their band-aid fix starting at $4,718 and the most expensive was their platinum at just over $14,000. Anyway, I decided to get a second opinion and am so glad I did. The other plumbing company was able to diagnose the problem for $99 and get me in touch with the company who could actually perform the repairs. The repairs were done the next morning and ultimately cost me nothing because the pump was still under warranty. Of course I'm still out the $350 diagnostic fee Brian Scroggins Plumbing charged me.

My plumber Andrew came down to unclog my drain pipes from my upstairs sink to my downstairs sink. He had come to my house a few times before and he was ALWAYS nice, professional, and thorough about his work. He’s superb at what he does and is an overall greatly knowledgeable plumber. He communicates well and keeps his promises on what he’s going to do, when he will arrive, and I am COMPLETELY satisfied with all of his hard work. Thank you so much Andrew!!

Greg who answers the phone was also very patient and polite over the phone despite some miscommunication in scheduling. I can tell the company has great men who care to help and are fair when pricing.

Mark and his team were recommended to me by a coworker. Had a pipe burst because of the extreme weather recently and needed it taken care of asap. I spoke to Mark on the phone, and he was very helpful with getting me scheduled for an appointment. I also really appreciated his honesty. He let me know about fees up front, best & worst-case scenario, which I really appreciated. The problem was fixed in a timely manner, and we are back up and running.

Situations like a pipe bursting can be so stressful, but I'm glad to know there is a local small business I can call in the future and be taken care of.
