Literally saved mine and my child's life.
That sounds like I am exaggerating, but I am not!! I can not even begin to explain the issues I had with my nearly 50 year old water heater (it wasn't 50 but close!) It was so dangerous and after talking to plumber after plumber and being told I was being ridiculous or treated like I was stupid. I was so terrified every time I heard it rattle or watched it shake. Living without hot water for almost 2 weeks... I have been terrified to be in my own home and to have someone actually verify that I was not as stupid as other plumbers led me to believe. He really relieved a lot of my anxieties and again... literally saved mine and my child's life from carbon monoxide poisoning and who knows what else with a broken gas valve?

The gentalman came out done a great job in good time. He done what it was he said needed be done none of this i will be back two or three runs to a hardware store and waiting hours after he determined what what was wrong. He was responsible priced comparison to some other companies that i have worked with .

It's never fun to have to pay for plumbing problems, but Mike at Scroggins Plumbing made it an enjoyable experience. He was a very nice guy, told me exactly what was wrong and what my options were, and did not try to push any higher priced options other than what I needed. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and was in and out in no time. I will definitely be contacting Mike and Scroggins plumbing next time I have a plumbing problem due to their excellent customer service and professionalism.

Mark and his team were recommended to me by a coworker. Had a pipe burst because of the extreme weather recently and needed it taken care of asap. I spoke to Mark on the phone, and he was very helpful with getting me scheduled for an appointment. I also really appreciated his honesty. He let me know about fees up front, best & worst-case scenario, which I really appreciated. The problem was fixed in a timely manner, and we are back up and running.

Situations like a pipe bursting can be so stressful, but I'm glad to know there is a local small business I can call in the future and be taken care of.
