We had a very positive experience with JW Heating & Air. Everyone we dealt with, either by phone or at our house was incredibly polite and efficient. While they are slightly more expensive than others, the quality of their work and service is excellent.

Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly.

Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.

They were able to come in less than an hour. Worked quickly and got my plumbing issue fixed. I will definitely use them again.
