The hot water wasn't working in our showers. They not only fixed the problem but also recommended other fixes to ensure our system was working optimally. They were the first plumbing company to come and actually take the time to find the best solution. Two other plumbers had suggested a number of options but never actually addressed the real problem. TRM hooked us up with a water cooler awhile back, and the thermostat had to be replaced twice (ug!). Todd came over on the newest thermostat replacement, and did it for free, even though technically we were on the hook for labor as only the part was covered! Go with TRM!

They were able to come in less than an hour. Worked quickly and got my plumbing issue fixed. I will definitely use them again.
