John, you're a real hero! I hate dealing with plumbing issues and John was there to the rescue. My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick. This is a fantastic plumbing and drain cleaning company. Our waste disposer mechanism in the kitchen gave up on us the previous night due to blockages. These guys sure know their stuff they fixed it fast

My experience with Speedy Stephens Plumbing Company was amazing. I had some corroded pipes in my house that needed replacing. The plumber arrived on time and diagnosed all the leaks and replaced them with new copper pipes. Tested multiple times for leaks again and verified that the issue was fixed. And the cost of everything was less than what I expected. Speedy Stephens has the most honest plumbers! Can't recommend them enough.

I called to schedule a plumber for a leak under my house. I was told over the phone that there would be a $120.00 cost to have the plumber go under my house and inspect. I agreed and scheduled. The plumber was to arrive between 10-12.

The plumber actually arrived at 3:30 p.m. (they did call to say he'd be late). But upon arrival when I walked him to the opening to the crawl space he then told me it was $250.00 for him to go under the house. I asked him to call the office as I was quoted $120.00. He got off the phone and said it was $250.00. I told him I'd get someone else.

I don't appreciate the attempted shakedown, and this is no way to do business.
