I dealt with 2 plumbing companies to clear my slow draining toilet.
They both had to come back and redo it twice without the result.

One company suggested the new $500 toilet and another wanted me to pay for replacing all drains.

Here comes Flagship Plumbing's expertise: Vadim cleared the little jets inside the toilet bowl with a little sneak tool to make the water flush fast and directed into the right spot to assist the paper flow down the river. Then he property adjusted the settings inside the toilet tank, which other 2 companies failed to do, to make the toilet primed if I got that right.

Do I need a new toilet?
Do I need to make trenches to replace the sure line?
Definitely not.

I ran into an emergency last night when my kitchen pipe suddenly broke out and started looking for plumbers near me in Beverly Hills. That's when I found these guys. They fixed it within time.

I called Mike Diamond Services this morning after returning from several weeks of travel to find my toilet clogged. I received a prompt call, 5 minutes after my web inquiry (though I had requested contact preferred by email). Talking with the representative to schedule the service was OK. Lots of noise in the background making it difficult to hear at times. She informed me that I would be looking at a plumber arriving between 9am and 1pm same day. Though this was a large window, I had called around and most others didn’t have availability until late afternoon. I was quoted $99 for the service (others in the area were charging minimum $130). Side note: it would have been nice to receive some correspondence by email or text after the conversation so I know we’re all on the same page and if I needed anything I could just text in or reference the email (most customers like things in writing). Dominique was the plumber. He was nice and polite, donning his shoe booties for the rainy day (appreciate that!). He quickly assessed the issue and unclogged the toilet within 5 minutes of being onsite. He did, however, scratch the toilet bowl with the large device which is why I cannot give 5 stars. Comparatively, when looking online, this service was good and they got the job done. A couple details to ameliorate the experience would be worthwhile from this customer’s perspective.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
