I’ve called Gateway twice now and Nick always shows up on time, he’s honest, courteous, does phenomenal work, and his prices are great. He sent me an estimate for some other work that same day. Nick genuinely cares and takes the time to do the job right.

Technicians did my AC maintenance and did a fantastic job. I was informed that the two air filters inside my house weren't needed and that I could stop using them since the system was update after the latest install. That was great news to me. They discovered my compressor was being overworked and we're able to fix it that day. Glad I went with the company.

I have been using E & J for years now and they are so efficient but more importantly they are honest. We had a drain problem in our kitchen; almost all the pipes got blocked because of which the dirt water got stagnant under the sink. We have a party starting in few hours in our house and as there was less time we tried to fix it but in vain; then I started to call plumbers in our local area, everyone said they can’t fix it in that less time so they will show up next day. Few plumbers suggested us to postpone our party as it’s almost impossible to fix that big drain problem in just few hours. At that time, luckily my neighbors suggested me to call Arie Plumbing and so I did. Without any hesitation their team came to my house, analyzed the problem & worked really smart with their most advanced equipments and got it fixed in just 2 hours and they cleaned up everything. I've used Richard's service twice now (once to install a new gas line and once to fix a cracked sink). Richard and his team were always professional and they did a quick, fantastic job. I'll go to Chicago Plumbing with all of my plumbing and gas line needs in the future.

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.
