Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

They came very quickly and got the job done! They explained to me what happened and how it was fixed, it was simple, but they did a great job. Both people who came to my place were very kind and very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed help with anything! Very impressed! :)

Victor is amazing. Our AC died on the Sunday of a three-day weekend and in the middle of a heatwave. I called on a Sunday evening and he was able to squeeze us in the very next day. He was fantastic! Efficient, professional, explained the problem and solution in layman’s terms for me, and was very reasonably priced. Plus he followed all Covid safety standards. Highly recommend him and plan to give him a call when it’s time to clean out the AC filters as the weather changes.

My experience was great with these guys. My bursted pipe in the yard got dug up and fixed in under a day. They got to my house, found the problem, gave me a fair price and got to work. While the plumbing service was Okay, several other things were not. They broke our entry gate , and while admitting they broke it, refused to fix it. Their supervisor, Chris, is one of the most unreliable people I have ever encountered. He frequently did not show up (even when he said almost there. He did not return calls and he was always late. While repairing some pipe, they spilled hot solder on our carpet which will not come out. Again, they are non-responsive. They are also very expensive.

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.
