I've used Hotline Plumbing a few times before and yesterday's experience was no exception. My kitchen sink got very clogged & my efforts with Liquid Plumber & plungers just wouldn't unclog it. Called Geovanni to see if they had any availability to come out to clear it. He came the same day. Very quick service and very reasonable price. Hotline is my go-to plumbing company. Abel and this company will take the time to do it right. They aren’t there to make a quick dollar. They come just to make sure everything is ok. I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. This is the type of business worth supporting.

I called for help with a few leaking issues in my home. They were flexible and worked with my schedule. Had excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Very happy with the service and will definitely call again if needed in the future.

I spoke to Mary in the front office, very unprofessional, told me to.call thr warranty and get a authorization. Funny thing is that another servicer didn't ask me for that, I decided to go with someone else. The other servicer was cheaper for their service fee and I got service that day. Please be aware of this company and Mary. I hope the business owner takes notes because this isn't how you grow a company or value!! I dont RECOMMEND THEM!

I ran into an emergency last night when my kitchen pipe suddenly broke out and started looking for plumbers near me in Beverly Hills. That's when I found these guys. They fixed it within time.

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
