I had a great experience Mason was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job in fixing my toilet and bathtub. I'm so grateful he was able to help me on a Sunday when everyone else was closed.

LA LOW Flush is awesome retrofit company for real estate transactions. When I first saw their name I thought maybe they were a plumbing company, they do an amazing job with retrofit inspections for real estate transactions. Reasonable prices, excellent services, a seamless process. Highly recommend

Hotline Plumbing is a terrific company, they are professional, honest, reliable, and have great pricing. Giovanni is terrific on the phone to get you scheduled and quotes very competitive prices. Mauricio and Luis are top notch plumbers that show up on time, get the work done immediately, and give great advice about how to prevent problems in the future. Hotline Plumbing and Rooter is the best, they have my trust and respect. There's a reason they have so many 5 star reviews on Yelp.

Very rude during customer service, they rush over things to get it done. They never came back to finish my toilet .

If I could give negative stars I would! I’ve tried to give them an opportunity to earn our business being how we live in the same neighborhood they’re located in, but every time I call for service I can never get them to say “we’ll be glad to service you!” Every time I call it’s the same thing “I have no one that can help you” Useless!!!

BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!
My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.
To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
