We had recently bought a home as a flip and was on a tight budget. I need a Licnsed plumber to take care of a host of issues from installing a new water heater we wanted to go with a tankless water heater. Need a new garbage disposal installed and and do a lot of repair of our sewer pipes and installing new faucets. This company use bait and switch strategy. I called the company to do clear my drain. The plumber told me it would require a big rotor rooter to clear the main drain and will cost me $595. I am looking at sewer all over my place, I have no choice but to approve the work. He cleared the drain, the next day the place is full of sewer water again. The plumber came, back and now he said he had to use high pressure water jet, and it is going to cost another $895. I refused to get it done. I have another plumber came later and he got it cleared for $85. I would rate this company zero star, but I have to give 1 star because that is the minimum rating to be able to post it.
