I cancelled an appointment because I was able to figure it out on my own. Abel still showed up to say hey and double check for a larger problem. Didn’t even charge me. I have been using Arie Plumbing from past 2 years. Quick and efficient plumbing service is what they provide. Recently, I got my bathroom remodeling project done by them. Amazingly they have made it within one-day, now our bathroom looks very new! It was really cost effective and the good part I most liked is: they are providing life time warranty, wonderful isn’t it? Richard was hiring one day i saw his hiring ad in craiglist . I gave him a call as I was talking to Richard he told me how people call him for work but never showed up , I told Richard ill stop by to meet him he agree as well.I when to the address provided just to introduce my self and for him to know my background in plumbing.Richard never told me I was going to work on the spot , so to make a good impression i decided to stay and help him with his crew finish a job. I never got compensated for the hrs keep in mind its been almost a year. Whether you try to make business with this guy or work with him be careful do your researched. He try too look nice first but once you get to know him he is unprofessional.Its been over a year and i haven't been compensated for my work thats against California law to not pay their employees.

If I could give negative stars I would! I’ve tried to give them an opportunity to earn our business being how we live in the same neighborhood they’re located in, but every time I call for service I can never get them to say “we’ll be glad to service you!” Every time I call it’s the same thing “I have no one that can help you” Useless!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
